PRODUCT CARE

Each piece of Eva Brzo's production is unique, so we recommend that the pieces be cared for in a specific way to extend their life.

All our pieces are made of 925 silver. Additionally, all other pieces are 14K gold-plated.

Solid gold is available upon request (except for the Solid Gold Rings series).

We do not recommend that any of our pieces be manipulated by third parties, as this could alter the very nature of the piece. We are not responsible for any alterations made by the customer.

GOLD PLATED PIECES AND TARNISH

We do not guarantee that the gold plating on our pieces will last forever, as by its nature, it wears down with time and use. Durability will always depend on how the piece is cared for.

To ensure your gold-plated jewelry continues to live its best life, avoid:

• Saltwater, chlorine, shampoo & conditioner, perfume, makeup, fake tan, hairspray, cleaning products, lotions and oils.

• Swimming, showering, and washing your hands – always remove your jewelry first.

• Jewelry must be removed before any kind of exercise, as sweat can speed up tarnish.

• Store them separately inside a cloth bag or their original box to avoid scratches and impacts.

 

CLEANING

Gently polish with a soft cloth. Do not use any cleaning products with gold-plated pieces or jewelry with natural gemstones.

If you need to remove dirt from solid silver or gold pieces, we recommend using a soft toothbrush and soap.

We offer an additional plating service. To request this service, write to contact@evabrzo.com, and we will provide you with the steps to follow.
